Aire is growing – raising new capital and welcoming a new CEO

Aire is entering a strong growth phase. Demand for the company’s advanced software is high, leading to a rapid increase in both customer inflow and the number of installed resources. To meet this growing demand and unlock the potential both in Sweden and internationally, Aire is now raising SEK 9 million from existing and new investors. At the same time, Gustav Österström takes on the role as the company’s new CEO.
Gustav was previously CEO of Spectria Invest. In that role, he was also Chairman of the Board at Aire, one of Spectria’s portfolio companies, working closely with the company for several years. He has also been CEO of Science Park in Jönköping and has experience from several boards, including LF Jönköping.

With the CEO transition, Nicklas Skogsberg, founder and former CEO, will move into a more advisory role while remaining on the company’s board.

Aire’s future focus after the investment
Following the capital injection and CEO transition, the company plans to continue its growth in Sweden, but with a particular focus on strengthening its international presence.
